MWAC Submission on the RIS


Submission provided in May 2005 in response to the Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) on a Revised NPC. The key conclusions contained within the submission are that the comparison of policy alternatives was flawed and that the estimated cost to Local Government of increasing recycling was very unreliable.
